🔗 Connect Your CRM to KomboAI
KomboAI integrates with your CRM so you can sync data and personalize outreach at scale. Currently, KomboAI supports HubSpot and Salesforce.
Step 1 — Go to Settings
Open the KomboAI Chrome extension.
Click the ⚙️ Settings tab.
Select Connections.
Step 2 — Choose Your CRM
In the CRM Connection section, you’ll see the available options.
Select either HubSpot or Salesforce.
Step 3 — Authorize Access
A new window will open asking you to log in and authorize KomboAI.
For HubSpot, choose the account you want to connect.
Review the permissions requested. KomboAI will need access to manage and view your CRM data to sync properly.
Click Connect app to finish.
Step 4 — Confirm Connection
Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to KomboAI, where your CRM will appear as connected. 🎉
Notes & Best Practices
🔒 KomboAI will only sync data necessary to support your workflows.
⚠️ You can only connect one CRM at a time.
If you want to switch CRMs later, disconnect the current one first.
Troubleshooting
Can’t see your CRM? Make sure you’re using an admin account in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Authorization failed? Check your browser pop-up blocker and try again.
