✉️ Configure Your Messages
KomboAI lets you create, customize, and prioritize outreach message templates to scale your prospecting efficiently.
Step 1 — Open Selling Configuration
Open the KomboAI extension.
Navigate to Settings.
Select Selling Configuration.
Click Message Template.
Step 2 — Create or Select a Template
Choose an existing message template from the dropdown.
Or click + Create New Template to build one from scratch.
Step 3 — Add SmartTags
Use SmartTags to auto-fill dynamic details like:
Prospect’s name
Company name
Founding year
Revenue
This ensures each message feels personalized while saving time.
Step 4 — Customize Layout & Tone
Add a Subject Line and Message Body.
Toggle Advanced Features to refine:
Message tone
Length
Exact wording lock
Step 5 — Prioritize Templates
Click Prioritize.
Drag & reorder templates by priority.
KomboAI will use the highest-priority template first when generating outreach.
Step 6 — Prepare & Send Messages
Go to Prospect View.
Select Prepare Message.
KomboAI will auto-generate a personalized message using your prioritized templates.
Review, edit if needed, then click Send Message via LinkedIn or email.

You’ve successfully configured and prioritized your KomboAI outreach templates.
Troubleshooting
SmartTags not filling in? Double-check the prospect’s data fields.
Wrong template showing? Reorder in Template Prioritization.
