Choose the sales methodology that you will be using during your calls

πŸ’Ž Choose Your Sales Methodology

Customize how KomboAI structures your discovery calls and sales conversations by selecting your preferred sales methodology.


Step 1 β€” Open Selling Configuration

  • Open the KomboAI extension.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Select Selling Configuration.

  • Scroll down to Sales Methodology.


Step 2 β€” Select Your Methodology

Click the dropdown under Your Sales Methodology to open the list of available frameworks.
You can choose from:

  • BANT

  • SPICED

  • SPIN Selling

  • MEDDIC

  • N.E.A.T. Sellingβ„’

  • AIDA

  • The Sandler System


Step 3 β€” Save Your Selection

After choosing your preferred methodology, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Your selection will automatically apply to all future call and message preparations.

Step 4 β€” Use Your Methodology in Calls

Once saved, KomboAI will automatically use your chosen methodology when preparing discovery calls.


Each framework will adjust the Pitch section to match its structure β€” for example:

  • BANT β†’ Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline

  • SPICED β†’ Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision

  • SPIN Selling β†’ Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-payoff

You’ve successfully set your sales methodology in KomboAI. Your calls and conversations will now follow your preferred structure automatically.


Troubleshooting

  • Not seeing your framework? Try refreshing or reopening the extension.

  • Need to create a custom approach? Select Create New Methodology from the dropdown.
