π Search Prospects (Filter & Save Searches)
Quickly find your ideal prospects using advanced filters and save your searches for future use.
Step 1 β Open Prospect Search
Open the KomboAI extension.
Go to the Explore tab.
Click Prospect Search to view your saved searches.
Step 2 β Start a New Search
Click New Prospect Search to open the Filters panel.
You can search by either Prospect (individual people) or Company (organizations).
Step 3 β Add Prospect Filters
Use the Prospect Filters section to narrow your results:
Job Title & Seniority β Target specific roles (e.g. VP Sales, CEO, Sales Enablement).
Location β Choose countries, regions, or cities (e.g. Spain, Barcelona).
Details β Add other individual-level attributes.
Step 4 β Add Company Filters
Use Prospect Company Filters to refine your search by company data:
Industries β e.g. Retail, Technology, Finance
Technologies β e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack
Event Triggers β e.g. Job Joins, Hiring Events, Funding, or Company Growth
Step 5 β Apply Event Triggers
You can use Event Triggers to find prospects during key changes, such as:
Job Join β New hires in the last 3β6 months
Hiring Event β Companies actively hiring for specific roles
Location Move β Companies or prospects changing offices
Step 6 β Run Your Search
Once all filters are set, click Search to view results.
KomboAI will display all matching prospects along with company and CRM enrichment options.
Step 7 β Save Your Search
To reuse your filters later, click Save and give your search a name (e.g. βFounders Hiring SDRsβ).

Your saved search will appear under Your Searches on the main Prospect Search page.

Youβve successfully created and saved a filtered prospect search.
You can now re-run your saved searches anytime to keep your prospect list updated.
Troubleshooting
Not finding enough prospects? Try removing or widening one of your filters.
Getting duplicate results? Use βHide Prospects from Your CRMβ to clean up your list.
