✉️ Enrich Prospects
Once you’ve identified your ideal leads, you can enrich their profiles to find verified contact information such as emails and phone numbers.
You can enrich multiple prospects at once or enrich them individually.
🔹 Step 1: Select Prospects
From your Search Results view, select the contacts you want to enrich:
Tick the box next to individual names, or
Use Select Page results (x/x) to select all results on the page.
💡 You can also click Hide Prospects From Your CRM to automatically exclude leads already present in your CRM.
🔹 Step 2: Choose the Enrichment Type
At the bottom of the page, enable the data you want to find:
☑ Find emails – searches and verifies professional email addresses.
☑ Find phone numbers – identifies and validates direct phone contacts.
🔹 Step 3: Save or Add to a List
Under the Save Prospect List section:
Type a new List Name to create a new list, or
Click the dropdown arrow to add prospects to an existing list.
🔹 Step 4: Review Credits and Start Enrichment
Before proceeding, you’ll see how many credits will be used — for example:
“Use 2,100 of 10,000 credits. Get more.”
Once ready, click Create Prospect List (x) to begin enrichment.
KomboAI will automatically start finding and verifying contact data for your selected prospects.
🔹 Step 5: Review Enriched Results
Go to the Prospect Lists section to track progress and view enriched data:
Each list shows the total number of contacts, with icons for:
✉️ Emails found
📞 Phone numbers found
Expand a list for more details or click ... to open additional actions.
You can then:
Download the list,
Create a Campaign, or
Add to HubSpot for CRM synchronization.
🔹 Step 6: Enrich Individual Prospects (Optional)
To enrich one contact at a time:
Click the Enrich button beside a prospect’s name.
If prompted, Confirm Match to ensure the right profile before enrichment begins.
🟣 KomboAI will only charge credits for successfully found contacts.
🎉 Done!
You’ve successfully searched for, enriched, and saved a list of target prospects.
You can now use this list to launch campaigns or sync it with your CRM.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
Too few results? Try expanding your location or job title filters.
Duplicate prospects? Enable Hide Prospects From Your CRM.
Need to refresh filters? Click Clear All and start again.
