Create or import your lists from multiple sources

πŸ“‹ Create and Import Prospect Lists

Your Prospect Lists are where all your enriched contacts and imported leads are stored.
From here, you can view, organize, and use lists to create campaigns or sync data with your CRM.


πŸ”Ή Step 1: Access Prospect Lists

Go to Explore β†’ Prospect Lists from the left menu.
Here you can:

  • View all your existing lists,

  • Check how many contacts are in each list, and

  • Create new lists manually or from LinkedIn / Sales Navigator.

Each list displays:

  • πŸ‘€ Number of prospects,

  • πŸ“… Creation date,

  • βš™οΈ Options menu for additional actions.

At the bottom, you’ll find two quick actions:

  • Create Campaign

  • Add to HubSpot


πŸ”Ή Step 2: Import Lists Manually

Click Import Manually at the top right to open the import options.
You can upload lists using different sources:

β‘  .xlsx File Upload

Upload a properly formatted Excel file containing your prospect data.

  • Click Upload .xlsx file and select your file.

  • (Optional) Check:

    • β˜‘ Find emails

    • β˜‘ Find phone numbers

  • Click Import to create the list.

β‘‘ Sales Navigator Leads Link

Paste your Sales Navigator Leads link into the provided field.

  • KomboAI will automatically extract all leads from that search and create a new list.

  • Example:
    ​https://www.salesnavigator.com/sales/search/people?...


β‘’ LinkedIn Post Link

Use this option to collect leads directly from a LinkedIn post.

  • Paste the link to the post.

  • KomboAI will automatically identify and add all engaged users (likers, commenters, reactors).


β‘£ LinkedIn Search Results Link

Paste the URL from a LinkedIn People Search page.

  • All visible profiles from the search results will be imported into your new list.

  • Example:
    ​https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/people/?keywords=sales%20director


πŸ”Ή Step 3: Create Lists from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator

You can also create lists directly while browsing LinkedIn or Sales Navigator using the KomboAI extension.

On LinkedIn or Sales Navigator:

  1. Select the prospects you want to add.

  2. Click Add to List (KomboAI button).

  3. Choose an existing list or Create New Prospect List.

KomboAI will automatically import and enrich these contacts inside your account.

You’ve successfully created or imported a new prospect list.
You can now:

  • View the list in Prospect Lists,

  • Launch a Campaign, or

  • Sync it with HubSpot.


πŸ› οΈ Troubleshooting

  • Import failed? Ensure your Excel file matches the Kombo template format.

  • Duplicate contacts? Enable Hide Prospects From Your CRM.

  • Can’t detect LinkedIn data? Check that the KomboAI Chrome extension is active.
