🎓 Coach Your Teams on Recording Calls and Get Analysis in One Click

KomboAI transforms every customer conversation into a coaching opportunity — automatically analyzing calls, identifying strengths and gaps, and generating actionable feedback for your sales and service teams.

With Call Reporting Analytics and Coach Analytics, you can evaluate performance across reps, visualize trends, and guide your team to continuous improvement — all in just one click.


🔹 Step 1: Access Call Reporting Analytics

  1. Go to the Review section on the left sidebar.

  2. Open Call Reporting Analytics.

  3. You’ll see a list of all recorded and analyzed calls under Analyzed Calls.

Each call card shows:

  • 🎧 Playback controls to listen to the call.

  • 🧾 Meeting Summary – AI-generated recap of the conversation.

  • Score – automated evaluation (e.g., 35%, 45%, 61%).

  • Buttons for View Summary and View Analysis.

💡 Tip: Use the Refresh button to reload the latest call data instantly.


🔹 Step 2: Filter Calls by Team or Prospect

Click the Filter icon to narrow down results. You can filter by:

  • Date range

  • Sales Rep Name

  • Prospect Name or Company

  • Prospect Position

  • Prospect Deal

🧠 Example: You can analyze only “Ignacio Gaminde’s” calls from September to November 2025.

Once filters are applied, Kombo will display only relevant recordings for focused review.


🔹 Step 3: Select a Scorecard

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the Score Card dropdown.
Choose the framework you want to apply for the coaching analysis, for example:

  • Kombo Scorecard

  • SDR Discovery Test v6

  • RMG Scorecard DRM

  • Nuclio School

Each Scorecard uses its own evaluation structure — ideal for comparing performance across different sales processes or languages.


🔹 Step 4: Open Coach Analytics

Once a Scorecard is selected, click View Coach Analytics.
KomboAI will automatically process your selected calls and generate a complete Coach Dashboard.

The dashboard includes:

  • A Radar Chart showing the agent’s performance across core skills (e.g., Preparation, Research, Listening, Closing).

  • Score Breakdown by dimension and question.

  • Individual call averages and progress over time.

📊 Example: Preparation – 25%, Investigation – 25%, Rapport – 91%.


🔹 Step 5: Review the Coach Summary

The Coach Summary provides a one-glance overview of the rep’s overall performance.

Sections include:

  • Overall Summary: General evaluation of performance.

  • What Went Well: Strengths and positive behaviors.

  • What Can Be Improved: Concrete coaching points for next sessions.

📘 Example:

“The agent demonstrated solid rapport-building skills but needs to improve preparation, particularly referencing client-specific data during calls.”


🔹 Step 6: Dive into Each Skill Area

Expand each category (e.g., Preparación, Investigación, Cierre) to view detailed question-level insights.

KomboAI highlights which behaviors were demonstrated or missed — shown through interactive visual indicators like red/green donut charts.

Example questions:

  • “¿El agente menciona información previa sobre la empresa del cliente?”

  • “¿El agente cita datos o cifras relevantes del sector durante la llamada?”

This allows coaches to pinpoint exactly where in the conversation improvement is needed.


🔹 Step 7: Generate a Coach Summary in One Click

At the top of the dashboard, click View Coach Summary to instantly generate a ready-to-share summary of your analysis.

This exports a concise report including:

  • Key metrics per category

  • Strengths and improvement areas

  • Suggested coaching actions

💬 Use this feature during 1:1 sessions or team reviews to streamline performance conversations.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

No calls appearing

Check filters or refresh the page.

Analytics not generating

Ensure a Scorecard is selected before clicking View Coach Analytics.

Low accuracy in results

Confirm that the language of the Scorecard matches the call’s language.

Missing summary or transcript

Wait a few minutes — call analysis may still be processing.

Charts not loading

Reload the page or switch Scorecards to reset analytics.
