💡 Enrich Prospect Information

Once you’ve imported or created a prospect list, KomboAI helps you go deeper by enriching each contact with detailed, AI-powered insights.
You can reveal professional summaries, behaviors, challenges, activities, and more—all in one unified profile view.


🔹 Step 1: Open a Prospect Profile

From any list, click View Profile next to a contact.
You’ll see their full Prospect Overview, including:

  • 🏢 Company and position

  • 🧩 Experience level and location

  • 🌍 Languages

  • 📧 Email address and ☎️ Phone number (if found)

  • 🔗 Quick links to LinkedIn and CRM actions

You can also:

  • Add the prospect directly to HubSpot as a Contact or Deal.

  • Enrich further using the “Find Email” or “Find Number” buttons.


🔹 Step 2: Review the Professional Summary

The Professional Summary section highlights the key elements of the prospect’s career and role:

  • Current and previous experience

  • Areas of expertise and leadership scope

  • Key projects and business focus

This gives your team quick context before any outreach or meeting.


🔹 Step 3: Understand Personality and Behavior

The Behaviors section helps tailor your approach:

  • 💭 Displays personality type and working style (e.g., Compliant, Explorer, Virtuoso).

  • 🧠 Helps sales reps personalize tone and messaging for each interaction.

Use this to adjust how you communicate—whether through LinkedIn messages, calls, or emails.

Under Challenges, KomboAI reveals potential pain points the prospect or their company may face.
Switch between:

  • Generic Challenges — industry-level or functional difficulties.

  • Specific Challenges — contextualized insights based on their company and role.

Examples include:

  • Collaboration inefficiencies

  • Scalability and performance issues

  • Security and compliance challenges

The Activity Insights panel summarizes recent milestones and interactions, such as:

It also displays LinkedIn Activity, showing posts or certifications to help you open with relevant conversation starters.

KomboAI’s Suggested Next Steps section prioritizes how to move forward with the contact:

  • ✉️ Clarify call purposes or follow-ups

Each suggestion includes priority tags (High / Medium) to guide your workflow.


🔹 Step 7: Prepare Calls or Messages

Use Prep Call or Prep Message to instantly generate personalized outreach content.
KomboAI adapts your messaging based on:

  • The prospect’s personality

  • Missing data? Try re-enriching the contact using “Find Email” or “Find Number.”
