👤 Prospect Filters

Use Prospect Filters in KomboAI to define exactly who you want to find. These filters help you narrow your search by job title, seniority, location, and other details — so you only see relevant contacts.

🧩 Job Title & Seniority

Use this filter to specify which roles and levels of responsibility you want to include (or exclude) in your search.

  • Job Titles → Enter the specific titles you’re targeting (e.g. Country Manager, VP Sales, CEO, Sales Enablement).

  • Exclude Job Titles → Remove titles you don’t want to include (e.g. CMO, Marketing Manager).

  • Management Level → Choose from levels such as C-Level, Director, Team Lead, or Experienced Staff.

  • Departments → Focus on specific business areas like Technology, Operations, Sales, or Finance.

📍 Location

Target prospects by their geographical location. KomboAI allows filtering at multiple levels for precise targeting.

  • Regions → Choose global or continental zones (e.g. EMEA, North America).

  • Countries → Filter by country (e.g. Spain, Italy).

  • Exclude Countries → Omit countries not relevant to your campaign (e.g. Albania, Åland Islands).

  • States / Cities → Narrow results further by adding specific states or cities (e.g. Barcelona, Milan).

🧠 Details

Use this filter to refine searches by individual contact attributes or skills.

  • Contact Name → Look up a specific person directly by name.

  • Skills → Include relevant expertise such as Web Development, Sales Management, or AI Strategy.

  • Exclude Skills → Filter out skills that aren’t relevant (e.g. Android, Design).

🎯 Tip: Combine filters for best results
For example, search for “VP Sales” in Spain at companies using Salesforce with over 100 employees.
