1️⃣ Start a New Custom Campaign
Go to Campaigns → Create Custom Campaign.
Name your campaign (e.g., Test Campaign Multi Step).
Add your target prospects to the campaign.
2️⃣ Add Your First Step
Every step in a Kombo campaign is an action performed on a specific channel.
To add step #1:
Click on the channel selector.
You’ll see:LinkedIn
WhatsApp
Email
Choose your first channel.
Example: LinkedIn → Visit Profile or Send Connection Request.Set a delay (e.g., No delay, Wait 3 hours, Wait 1 day).
3️⃣ Add Additional Steps (Multi-Channel)
Click the ➕ (add step) button under your sequence.
You can mix channels freely:

Each step can have its own delay such as “wait 3 hours”, “wait 1 day”, etc.
4️⃣ Add Message Templates
For steps that send messages (DM, WhatsApp, Email):
Click Select Templates.
Choose from:
Kombo AI–generated templates
Your saved templates
Team-shared templates
Kombo will automatically adapt the message based on:
Prospect personality type
Seniority and role
Campaign context
Previous interactions
This ensures every message is personalized without you writing anything manually.
5️⃣ Preview the Whole Campaign
Click Preview Campaign to simulate the full flow.
You’ll see:
Channel order
Message previews
Timing between steps
Personalization logic
This ensures your sequence feels natural and not spammy.
6️⃣ Launch Your Campaign
Once everything looks good:
Click Start Campaign.
Kombo will run each step automatically.
You’ll get real-time insights on:
Responses
Message performance
Drop-off points
Channel effectiveness
