If your campaign shows a red status like “Account Disconnected” or a high number of Failed actions, it usually means your sending channel (LinkedIn, Email, or WhatsApp) is no longer connected.

This is common if:

  • Your LinkedIn session expired

  • Your email token was revoked

  • Your WhatsApp session timed out

  • You changed your password

  • You logged out from the original platform

When this happens, campaign steps will stop automatically to protect your account.


🚨 How to Identify the Issue

Inside your campaign dashboard, you may see:

  • Failed actions

  • ⚠️ “Account Disconnected” status

  • ⏸ Campaign not progressing

  • 📉 Replies not updating

This is a safety mechanism to prevent sending messages without an authenticated session.


✅ Step-by-Step: Reconnect Your Account

1️⃣ Go to Connections

Navigate to:

Settings → Connections

You’ll see all your available channels:

  • LinkedIn

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • CRM (if connected)


2️⃣ Check the Channel Status

If disconnected, you’ll see:

  • 🔘 Connect

  • 🟠 Pending

  • ❌ Not Connected

If everything is working, you’ll see:

  • 🟢 Connected


3️⃣ Reconnect the Account

Click Connect and follow the authentication steps:

  • For LinkedIn → Make sure:

    • Your country is selected correctly

    • The KomboAI Chat Extension is installed and enabled

    • You are logged into LinkedIn in the same browser

  • For Email → Reauthenticate via:

    • Google

    • Microsoft

  • For WhatsApp → Scan the QR code again


4️⃣ Return to the Campaign

Once reconnected:

  • Go back to your campaign

  • Click Continue

  • The campaign will resume automatically
