Connect HubSpot to KomboAI
KomboAI integrates with HubSpot to sync your contacts and companies, so you can enrich prospect data and personalize outreach at scale — directly from the Chrome extension.

Lets you view connection status and manage sync settings directly from the KomboAI Chrome extension.

Install and connect the app
KomboAI is a Chrome extension. Once installed, you connect HubSpot from within the extension's Settings panel.
Install the KomboAI Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store and pin it to your browser toolbar.
Open the extension by clicking the KomboAI icon in your toolbar.
Click theSettingstab (gear icon) in the extension.

SelectConnectionsfrom the Settings menu.
In the CRM Connection section, selectHubSpot.
A browser window will open. Log in to your HubSpot account when prompted, then select the HubSpot account you want to connect and clickChoose Account.
Select the HubSpot account you want to connect to KomboAI
Review the requested permissions on the scope approval screen (see table below), then clickConnect app.
Review all requested scopes before clicking "Connect app"

You will be redirected back to KomboAI. HubSpot will now appear asConnectedin the Connections panel.

Configure the connection
No additional configuration is required after connecting. KomboAI only syncs data necessary to support your workflows, and the connection is active immediately after authorization.
If you need to link a different HubSpot account, disconnect the current one and reconnect with the desired account (see sections 4 and 1).

Use the integration
Once HubSpot is connected, KomboAI automatically enriches your prospects using your HubSpot contacts and companies. No manual sync action is needed.
Automatic enrichment:When you view a prospect in KomboAI, the extension cross-references your HubSpot records to populate available fields.
Outreach personalization:Enriched HubSpot data is immediately available in KomboAI's outreach features so messages can be tailored using CRM context.
Connection status:Check whether HubSpot is actively connected at any time by opening Settings → Connections in the extension.

Disconnect HubSpot
Before you disconnect: Disconnecting HubSpot stops all data sync between KomboAI and HubSpot. KomboAI will no longer be able to enrich prospects with HubSpot data until reconnected. Existing data already in your HubSpot records will not be deleted.
Open the KomboAI Chrome extension and click theSettingstab.
SelectConnections.
In the CRM Connection section, clickDisconnectnext to HubSpot.
Confirm the disconnection when prompted.
HubSpot will now show as disconnected. You can reconnect at any time by following the steps in section 1.

Uninstall from HubSpot
Before you uninstall: Uninstalling KomboAI from HubSpot revokes all permissions granted during setup. KomboAI will immediately lose access to your HubSpot contacts and companies. Existing data in HubSpot will remain intact and will not be deleted.
First, disconnect HubSpot inside KomboAI (see section 4 above).
Log in to your HubSpot account and go toSettings → Integrations → Connected Apps.
FindKomboAIin the list of connected apps.
ClickActions → Uninstalland confirm.

Troubleshooting
I can't see HubSpot in the connection options
Make sure you are logged into an admin account in HubSpot. Standard user accounts may not have permission to authorize third-party app connections.
Authorization failed or the window closed before I could approve
Check that your browser's pop-up blocker is not preventing the authorization window from opening. Allow pop-ups for KomboAI and try again.
