✨ Sign in to KomboAI with SSO

If your team already uses HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Entra ID, you can log in to KomboAI in one click — no extra password to remember. Single Sign-On (SSO) uses your existing work credentials to securely access your KomboAI account.

Step 1 — Open the Extension

  • Click on the KomboAI icon 📌 in the bottom right corner of your screen or your Chrome toolbar.

  • A side panel will open with the KomboAI login screen.

Step 2 — Choose Your SSO Provider

On the login screen, below the Continue button, you’ll see four SSO options. Pick the one that matches the account your company uses.

💡 Tip: Always pick the provider tied to your professional account, not a personal one. This ensures the right data and permissions are connected from day one.

Step 3 — Authorize KomboAI

After clicking your chosen provider, a pop-up window will open. Sign in with your work credentials (if you aren’t already), review the permissions KomboAI is requesting, then click Allow / Authorize / Accept.

Here’s what each provider looks like:

🟠 Login with HubSpot

Best if your team runs sales and marketing on HubSpot. KomboAI will sync seamlessly with your CRM.

You’ll see HubSpot’s “Choose an account to connect” screen, followed by a permissions screen showing exactly what KomboAI is requesting (contacts, companies, deals, etc.). Click Connect app to continue.

🔵 Login with Salesforce

Ideal if Salesforce is your source of truth. KomboAI connects to your Salesforce org to read and update records.

Salesforce will show an “Allow Access?” dialog listing the permissions KomboAI needs. Click Allow to authorize.

⚠️ If you have multiple Salesforce orgs (e.g. Production and Sandbox), make sure you’re logged into the right one before clicking the SSO button.

🔴 Login with Google

Fastest option — use your Google Workspace (Gmail) account to log in instantly.

You’ll see Google’s standard account chooser. Select your work email, not a personal Gmail.

After selecting your account, Google will show a brief consent screen the first time. Click Continue.

🟦 Login with Microsoft Entra ID

For Microsoft 365 / Azure AD work accounts — common in enterprise teams.

You’ll see Microsoft’s “Pick an account” screen, followed by a “Permissions requested” dialog. Click Accept to authorize KomboAI.

🏢 Enterprise note: Some organizations require admin consent before users can authorize new apps. If you see “Need admin approval”, forward the request to your IT admin or contact KomboAI support.

You’re In! 🎉

That’s it — you’re signed in. The next time you open the KomboAI extension, you’ll be logged in automatically as long as you’re signed in to your SSO provider.

Why use SSO?

  • Faster login — no password to type or reset.

  • More secure — your company’s security policies (MFA, session limits, etc.) apply automatically.

  • Better integration — connecting through HubSpot or Salesforce links KomboAI to your CRM from the very first login.

Troubleshooting

  • Pop-up didn’t open? Make sure pop-ups are allowed for KomboAI in Chrome. Click the 🔒 icon in the address bar → Site settings → set Pop-ups and redirects to Allow.

  • “Access denied” or “App not approved”? Your IT admin may need to whitelist KomboAI in your HubSpot / Salesforce / Microsoft Entra admin console. Share the support email below with them.

  • Wrong account logged in? Sign out of the SSO provider in another tab, then try again.

  • Stuck on the loading screen? Refresh the extension panel and retry. If it persists, clear your browser cookies for the KomboAI domain.

  • Still stuck? Contact support: [email protected]
