Connect Kombo to Claude (MCP)

Use Kombo directly from Claude.ai or Claude Desktop. Once connected, you can search prospects, enrich lists, and pull call recordings and coaching insights straight from a chat with Claude — no need to switch tabs.

What you'll need

  • A Kombo account with access to Settings → Connections

  • A Claude.ai account (Pro, Team, or Enterprise) or Claude Desktop

Step 1 — Get your MCP credentials from Kombo

  1. In Kombo, go to Settings → Connections.

  2. Scroll down and expand the Claude (MCP) — Beta section.

  3. Copy the Server URL using the Copy button.

  4. Click Show next to Token and copy it.

⚠️ Important: Each click on Show generates a fresh token. Tokens stay valid until your MCP access is revoked or the secret rotates — keep them safe and don't share them.

Step 2 — Add Kombo as a custom connector in Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.

  2. Click Add in the top-right corner, then choose Add custom connector.

  3. Fill in the form:

    • Name: KomboAI

    • URL: paste the Server URL you copied from Kombo

  4. Click Add.

  1. When prompted to authenticate, paste the Token you copied from Kombo.

Once added, KomboAI will appear in your connectors list with a ✓ status and a "Custom" tag.

Step 3 — Start using Kombo in Claude

Open a new chat in Claude and ask it to work with your Kombo data. For example:

  • "Find my sales call recordings from this week and summarize the key objections."

  • "Enrich this list of LinkedIn profiles with verified contact data."

  • "Show me the coaching score breakdown for my last call with [prospect]."

Claude will automatically use the Kombo connector when relevant. The first time, Claude may ask you to approve the tool — click Allow.

Troubleshooting

Claude says it can't reach Kombo Your token may have rotated. Go back to Kombo → Settings → Connections → Claude (MCP), click Show to generate a fresh token, and re-authenticate the connector in Claude (Settings → Connectors → KomboAI).

The connector shows "Reconnect" in Claude Click Reconnect and paste a fresh token from Kombo.

I don't see the Claude (MCP) section in Kombo The feature is in beta. Contact us via the chat bubble and we'll enable it for your account.
