After creating your KomboAI account, you’ll be guided through a short onboarding process. This setup helps KomboAI personalize your experience and generate the most effective sales messages for your prospects.
Step 1 — Sign Up
Enter your email and create a password.
Click Agree and continue to accept the Terms of Service.
Step 2 — Confirm Your Details
KomboAI will ask you to verify your:
Name
LinkedIn profile URL
Company website
Job role
This ensures your outreach templates are accurate and personalized.
Step 3 — Define Your Value Proposition
Next, KomboAI helps you set your company’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
Review or edit the suggested USP.
Add your main product(s) or service(s).
Step 4 — Identify Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Tell KomboAI who you’re targeting:
Your target audience (e.g. sales departments in medium to large enterprises)
Decision makers (e.g. Sales Manager, VP of Sales)
Influencers (e.g. Sales Operations Manager)
Step 5 — Create Your First Message Template
Finally, you’ll draft your first outbound message template.
Add a subject line and body text.
Select from existing templates
Insert SmartTags (like {{firstName}} or {{painPoint}}) to auto-personalize messages.
Use Advance Features for advance prompting instructions
Step 6 — Configure Your Sales Methodology
KomboAI supports multiple sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, AIDA, etc.).
Choose your default methodology or create a new one.
Customize advanced settings like tone, emojis, and humor.
Save and finalise.
